These extra heavy duty long arm compound feed machines are available in single or double needle subclasses with or without puller feed. They incorporate reverse feeding and an extra large vertical hook (or hooks) with a long stitch length (up to 2 1/2 stitches to the inch). A safety clutch to prevent hook damage is standard. They are used in the sewing of tents, awnings, safety slings, truck covers, safety belts and similar articles.

A high speed heavy duty walking foot machine equipped with a vertical knife edge cutter for simultaneously stitching and trimming in one operation. It features a large feeding amount with automatic thread trimming, automatic back tacking, automatic foot lifting and an automatic stitch regulator. A presser foot alternation dial is incorporated as standard. It is useful in sewing on nylon, synthetic leather, canvas and in the manufacture of automobile interiors.

Machines of series GC1088 are high speed single needle lockstitch machines with automatic lubrication and economy in mind. Designed with a link thread take-up, a link feeding mechanism and a bevel gear driving mechanism they are smooth and quiet running with low vibration and offer easy operation and maintenance. They are widely used to stitch articles made with light to heavy weight fabrics such as shirts, bags, etc. and are a valuable addition to dry cleaning stores and alteration rooms.

This needle feed machine incorporates a link type needle feed mechanism, link tread take up and rotating hook to form a high quality lock stitch. The arm shaft and hook are driven by bevel gears. The dial adjusted stitch regulator together with the lever type reverse feeding mechanism and automatic lubrication ensure smooth sewing at any speed and in either direction. The needle feed mechanism allows for a more stable sewing environment thus preventing material layers from shifting or slipping.

A link take up and large rotating hook are incorporated to form a lockstitch machine capable of sewing on medium heavy materials. Its top and bottom feed mechanism works in conjunction with the alternating lift mechanism of the foot to enable sewing on such material as leather, plastics, synthetic leather, canvas and similar materials. Automatic lubrication ensures a long service life

This is the newest redesigned version of Highlead's world renowned GC0318 series of machines. A fully sealed back cover has been added to eliminate oil leakage and a rock shaft support mechanism is now standard for more stable stitching on heavy duty material, and button-type stitch dial with locker to eliminate self-shifting of the stitch dial while sewing.

This horizontal large hook machine with built in safety clutch is specially designed for heavy weight fabric and leather at an attractive price. It uses a combination of feed dog, needle and walking presser foot (compound feed) to make sewing on heavy weight fabrics and material easy. Its powerful feeding system, wider presser foot stroke and higher presser foot lift as well as longer stitch length make it an excellent choice in the manufacture of bags, luggage, cushions and similar products.

This large vertical hook automatically lubricated compound feed machine forms a lockstitch using the vertical hook and sliding bars for thread take up. It incorporates needle bearings for the arm shaft and hook shaft and in combination with the drive belt and plunger pump lubrication system, quiet sewing at higher speeds is attained. A safety clutch is standard equipment helping to prevent hook damage. This machine is used on such products as car seat cushions, safety belts, air bags and tents

A high speed automatically lubricated compound feed lockstitch machine which incorporates automatic thread trimming, automatic back tacking, and presser foot lifting as standard with a powerful feeding system for hard to sew articles. The inner presser foot stroke is easily adjusted to assist in climbing over thick materials and a second selected stitch length adjustment is useful when alternating stitch lengths are used in product construction. It is used extensively to sew thick leather.

This standard 25' long arm machine gives a wider working space for harder to handle items. The bobbin winder on the top middle of the head makes for easy operation. A large vertical axis hook provides excellent stitch quality while allowing smooth and quiet operation with a long service life. A longer version of model GC20618-1. It is used to sew car covers, car seats, safety belts, tents, parachutes, hot air balloons, sails and other large work pieces.

An extra heavy duty flat bed compound feed lockstitch machine, the GA0688-1 is designed to sew multiple heavy weight materials easily and efficiently. The large shuttle hook and large capacity bobbin offer efficiency in operation. The bobbin winder is on the top of the machine head for easy access. The presser foot lift is adjustable up to 20 mm (.8 inches) thereby allowing it to be used in the production of handbag handles, baseball gloves, sports apparatus, safety bags, tents & seat cushions.

This model is an upgrade product of GC0318-2AD, designed with powerful built-in mini servo motor for direct drive, featuring low noise and large torque. It is equipped with precise servo control system with characteristics of stable performance, multiple function and easy operation.
