A drop feed lockstitch post bed machine that uses precise bevel gears to transfer power from the main shaft to the hook shaft thereby providing smooth and quiet operation. A push button stitch regulator and manual reverse lever make this series easy to operate. Models GC24018 (1 needle) and GC24018-1 (2 needle) are equipped with a top roller foot to assist in material feeding. These machines are used extensively in the production of leather shoes, sport shoes, leather bags, and gloves.

This needle feed post bed machine forms a double lockstitch in either single or double needle versions. A drive belt is used to drive the arm shaft and hook shaft. A dial type stitch regulator and reverse feeding lever make operating the machine easy. The 7 inch post bed allows ample working space to sew hard to reach areas, while the needle feed mechanism prevents material from slipping thereby ensuring excellent stitch quality. A post bed compound feed machine that is available in three different styles - single needle left side post sewing, single needle right side post sewing and double needle sewing. Standard features include large capacity sewing hooks, a dial type stitch regulator and reverse feeding lever. The machine can be used in the production of car seats, bags and cases, boots, and hand bags.

These compound feed post bed machines derive their feeding power from a top driven roller presser foot and a bottom driven roller wheel feed dog. They are designed with a link lever thread take up and use a timing belt to transfer power from the main shaft to the hook shaft. Needle bearings and ball bearings are used in critical positions thereby ensuring smooth and quiet operation. They are used in sewing such small radius items as leather shoes, handbags, gloves, caps and similar articles.

This is a compound feed post bed two needle machine that incorporates a split needle bar mechanism. The two needles can be engaged or disengaged to make corner stitching easy, especially on items that are curved or circular. It is equipped with large capacity sewing hooks, a dial type stitch regulator, reverse feeding lever and a drive belt to drive the top shaft and hook shaft. It is able to sew multiple layers of heavy weight material such as leather, foam and plastics without any slippage.

Machines of series GC24688 come with automatic thread trimming, automatic backtacking, automatic foot lifting and automatic stitch regulation. A large easy to access dial on top of the sewing head allows for simple adjustment of the presser foot alternation amount (from 1 mm to 7 mm). Pneumatics are used for precise back tacking and foot lifting operations. It is used to sew such items as automobile interiors, aircraft interiors, tents, umbrellas, luggage, sport bags and similar articles.

A compound feed post bed machine designed with a 17 3/4 inch post bed. The machine is available as a single needle with left side stitching bed, a single needle with right side stitching bed or a double needle. A dial type stitch regulator and reverse feeding lever are standard. A large capacity sewing hook means that bobbin changes are not as frequent. It is best suited to be used on large articles with a small radius such as boots, hand bags, hats, cases, bags and wigs.

Heavy duty 20" long arm post bed walking foot machines equipped with jumbo hooks, air foot lift and air reverse feeding. The machines are available in two single needle varieties either with the post to the right of the needle (GC24698-5R) or with the post to the left of the needle (GC24698-5L). The double needle subclass is available using model GC24698-6. A super high 17 3/4 inch post bed compound feed single needle machine with an adjustable post and large capacity sewing hook. The special high post bed can be tilted towards the machine operator so that it enhances the material handling into and away from the sewing area. It easily sews multiple layered materials with surfaces containing a small radius that can be found on such products as boots, hats, wigs, hand bags, and similar items.
